Mothering was created by a local mother, for mothers.

I created Mothering after becoming a mother and navigating Bell’s palsy, temporary hearing loss, and the physical and emotional changes of postpartum. I experienced how joyful motherhood could be, but also how demanding, isolating, and disorienting it could feel. I needed space to heal, reflect, and reconnect with myself, and I began to understand how much of that healing happens in the company of other women.

As I spoke with more mothers, I realized that many of us were carrying similar feelings. We loved our children deeply, but we were also navigating exhaustion, caregiving, loneliness, shifting identities, and the pressure to keep showing up for everyone around us.

Through Mothering gatherings, I have heard women say that they did not realize how much they needed time to sit with other women, share what was on their minds, and feel understood without judgment. Again and again, the same themes have surfaced: the need to slow down, to be honest, to reconnect with ourselves, and to know that we are not navigating motherhood alone.

Mothering is a space where women are invited to come as they are, feel supported, and experience a genuine sense of belonging. Through a variety of thoughtfully curated experiences, it is a place to be cared for; to listen, share, reflect, move, and connect without judgment or expectation. Our stories may be different, but every woman is invited, every woman belongs, and together we are building this community.

A Return to Feminine Alchemy

As mothers, we often find ourselves in a constant state of doing, giving, organizing, and planning. Over time, this can pull us away from a more intuitive, feminine way of being. This session is an invitation to soften, to shift, and to reconnect.

Rooted in feminine alchemy, the experience unfolds through breath, subtle movement, sound, and sensory awareness, supporting a deeper sense of presence and inner connection.

Expertly guided, the journey moves through a series of phases including embodiment, flow, expression, and integration, offering space to release, restore, and recalibrate.

The session will close with a sound bath.

This is an opportunity to return to your senses, your joy, and your innate feminine essence. Come as you are and explore at your own pace.

Guests are invited to remain afterward to chat and connect over refreshments.
