Mothering is a community for mothers in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, centered on the well-being of the mother. Through small, intentional gatherings and thoughtful experiences with trusted local practitioners, we create opportunities for women to step outside their routines, connect with one another, discover resources within their community, and make space for themselves.
-
Every mother is invited. There are no requirements around where you live, how old your children are, or what stage of motherhood you are in. We believe all mothers deserve to be cared for, surrounded by community, and given space to share the perspective and wisdom they bring.
-
Mothering believes in the value of variety. Our gatherings are designed to introduce mothers to new people, trusted experts, thoughtful ideas, and experiences that directly support their well-being, all in a room with women who share the same title.
Gatherings are hosted in partnership with local businesses, practitioners, and community leaders who are skilled at supporting mothers where they are and as they evolve. The hope is to offer exposure to people and places you may not otherwise encounter and, over time, broaden your toolbox of resources for caring for yourself.
-
Not at this time. Mothering is designed to be accessible and flexible, allowing you to choose the gatherings that interest you and fit into your life. All offerings are à la carte, with no expectation to attend a certain number of gatherings or make an ongoing commitment. When there is a fee associated with a gathering, it goes directly to the individual or business leading the experience.
-
For most gatherings, Mothering is designed as time just for mothers. While we deeply value time with our children, the intention is to create space for mothers to reconnect with themselves and thoughtfully with one another.
We see this uninterrupted time as an investment in both personal well-being and community building: a chance to fill our cups, learn, connect, and return to our families feeling reenergized.
That said, we know childcare is not always easy to arrange. Depending on the gathering, there may be flexibility. If you would like to attend but are unable to secure childcare, please reach out to us.

Mothering is rooted in the belief that we are stronger as a collective and have so much to learn from being in community with one another. I am always open to thoughtful ideas, collaborations, and suggestions for how we can better support mothers in our community. You have my commitment to listen, learn, and continue building Mothering with care.

As a first-time mother who relocated to Palm Beach in the last five years, it became abundantly clear to me how important a support system was for my own well-being. I created Mothering to expand my community, to continue learning and growing as a mother, and to share with other mothers the people, practices, and resources that have supported me along the way.
Mothering has also given me a renewed sense of purpose. It has allowed me to reconnect with skills from my former career in human resources, particularly bringing people together, creating thoughtful experiences, and supporting others through different seasons of life. My hope is that, in some small way, Mothering can make a meaningful difference in the lives of women in our community while also showing my daughter the importance of using your experiences and strengths to contribute to the community around you.
